Panel Topic: The Economic Impact of Moving Patients from Healthcare to Wellness

Deena Dodd is the Network Development Officer for the Indiana Rural Health Association, IRHA. Deena has been with IRHA for the past six years.  She is a passionate advocate for rural communities, especially rural health providers, facilities and the constituents they serve.

Deena currently serves as Chair for the Advisory Board for Indiana Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute, Community Health Engagement Program (CTSI CHEP).   Deena is a graduate of the 2013 -14 Lugar Series for Excellence in Public Service Series.  Also, Deena has served on the Board of Directors for the National Cooperative of Health Care Networks (NCHN) as well as the Operating Council for Greenspire Leadership Center.

Prior to her time with the IRHA, Deena spent ten years working in Indiana Critical Access and Rural PPS hospitals as a surgical technologist.  After a few too many late nights in the OR, she moved on to provide nationwide recruitment services of nurse, physician, and C-suite personnel.
